I started in the Travel Industry over 30 years ago and have worked in various positions ranging from Reservations/Group coordinator for a large Cruise Company to Customer

Service Consultant with Qantas.

I took my first cruise in the late ’70s and after that experience was “hooked”. I am 4 Star Mariner with Holland America, Elite with both Celebrity and Princess and Diamond with Royal Caribbean. I know my ships, where they are in the world and if you are a “first-time” cruiser, whether the ship will suit you. It is my job to “steer” you in the right direction and I can do this because of my knowledge and experience.

I want my clients to get “value for money” plus as one of my colleagues mentions, the Interline cruises we sell are confirmed space so for those of you who know the perils of stand by travel, reserving your cruise with KVI will at least give you some “stress free time” to enjoy your vacation. Once you board your cruise and unpack and sip that first cocktail (or two) then you know your vacation has commenced. Waking up each morning and finding yourself gazing out to sea or viewing spectacular scenery in your ports of call is something that you will never tire of.
